ABOUT HEART DISEASES

 


 One of the bigger problem of 21 century is heart disease.A very important organ of our body is heart.Heart purify our blood and keeps it running  in our whole body.
But how many people take care of it and keep himself healthy,and protect him from heart disease.Our habits makes us unhealthy day after day.Eating oily food and junk food makes us unhealthy and raise our cholesterol level everyday.High cholesterol is great cause of heart disease.There also some causes of heart disease  smoking cigarette,drinking alcohol.Every year 188.00.000 people die because of heart disease.We can keep our heart healthy by avoiding some bad habit's.For prevent heart problem's all we need to do is follow some simple rule's.We should eat healthy food' and we should do exercise everyday.
ABOUT FOOD HABIT-For prevent heart disease we should not eat oily food and junk food's.Don't use to much oil on your food try to avoid fatty meat like cow,pigs all i can say four legged animals.We can eat chicken and fish.Those fats is not harm full for heart.We should lots of vegetable's,fruit's,salad's everyday.We should eat food lots of  food enriched with fiber.Fiber helped losing cholesterol.And we should try not to eat lots of butter,card and sweets.
ABOUT BAD HABITS-Smoking cigarette and drinking alcohol is also a great cause of heart disease those habit makes our heart weaker everyday.And those habits are also not so good for your social life.So try to avoid this bad habits try eat some healthy like green tea or fruit juice.And try to do some exercise everyday.At morning for 30 min and at evening for 20 min.
DRAG FACT'S-Some people use painkiller for get rid of  pain but those painkiller are harm full for heart.It cause heart attack.So try not to use those painkiller and when you need to use it take your doctors advise.
Whatever your age is you should keep heart healthy like a boy's heart.
